Getting started
How do I get Voyagely?
Voyagely is on the App Store for iPhone, and it is free to download. Open the App Store link on this page, or search for Voyagely.
Will there be an Android version?
Yes — iPhone came first and Android is next. Leave your email on this page and we will tell you when it is ready.
What can I turn into a video?
Three ways in: pick photos and we read the route from them, describe the trip in a sentence, or import a GPX, KML, GeoJSON, or IGC file.
Do I need an account?
No. You can build and export a trip without signing in. An account only exists so your trips can follow you to another device.
Files and imports
Which route files can I import?
GPX, KML, GeoJSON, and IGC. Drop the file in and the stops, order, and distances are read from it.
How does importing a GPX file work?
A GPX track is a list of recorded points. Voyagely reads those points, simplifies them into the stops that matter, and measures the distance along the path you actually travelled rather than a straight line between cities.
How do photos become a route?
Photos taken with location services on carry the coordinates and time they were taken. Voyagely reads those on your device, puts them in order, and builds the route from them.
Exports
What do exports look like?
Real video and image files in story, feed, square, or wide shapes, up to 1080p at 60 fps, saved straight to your library and ready to post anywhere.
Can I export a still poster?
Yes. Export a poster of the whole route in your chosen style, with optional distance and country flags. Posters use bundled cartography or Earth imagery rather than streamed street or Satellite tiles.
Troubleshooting
My export failed or the video did not save. What now?
Saving needs permission to add to Photos: open Settings, find Voyagely, and allow Photos. Then export again. If a video stops part way, close the app fully, reopen it and retry — the trip itself is safe on your device.
The sign-in code did not arrive.
The email arrives within a minute or two; check the spam folder for a message from support@voyagely.co. Codes expire after a short while, so ask for a new one if it has been sitting a few minutes. No password is ever needed.
A place landed in the wrong country.
Open the trip, tap the stop and search for it again with its country, for example "Amsterdam, Netherlands", then pick the right result. If it keeps happening for a place, email support@voyagely.co with the name and we will fix the matching.
My photos did not become stops.
A photo only places itself if the camera saved a location with it, which needs location to have been on when it was taken. Screenshots and downloaded images have none. You can always add those places by typing them instead.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
In the app open Library, tap the account icon, then Delete account. That removes the account and every trip and video stored in the cloud. Trips saved on the device itself are kept, so delete the app too if you want them gone.
Privacy
Do my photos leave my phone?
No. Routes are read from your photos on your device — only the trip you choose to build is saved to your account.
What happens to a voice description?
Speech is turned into text by your phone, and only that text is used to build the trip. The audio is never sent to us or stored.
Pricing
Will it be free?
Voyagely is free to download and use, with no advertising and nothing to buy inside it today. A Pro upgrade will unlock the highest-quality exports later.
